FIRM OVERVIEW

The RANDY TRCA LAW FIRM has provided legal services for Iowa City and southeastern Iowa since 1981. Fees are available upon request. Appointments can be made to suit your needs. Personal attention is given to your case. The Firm specializes in three areas of law, which are as follows:

BANKRUPTCY, DEBTOR/CREDITOR LAW

This Firm provides individuals and commercial clients an opportunity to gain a fresh start by reorganizing and/or discharging their debts while retaining as many of their assets as possible. The Firm provides these services under the protection of Federal and State laws.

FAMILY LAW

This Firm handles a full range of family law matters including divorces, custody, paternity, child and spousal support, adoptions, termination of parental rights, representation in juvenile court, premarital agreements, marital separations, and all other problems related to the protection through representation of families in Iowa.

PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LAW

This Firm represents individuals, businesses, fraternal organizations, and other entities when there is a wrong or damage committed against them, and their rights, reputation, privacy, or property have been harmed or violated. Examples for some of these activities or events are automobile accidents, slip and fall, medical and other professional malpractice, negligence, intentional misconduct, defective products, and work place injuries, including those to and from work.
